Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
a. Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your thobe.
b. Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
c. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Customized or personalized thobes
- Gift cards
Return Process
a. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@alkameez.com or call +91 9072606500 with your order number and reason for return.
b. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
c. Shipping: Pack your item securely and include the return authorization slip inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
d. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
a. Initiate an Exchange: To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info@alkameez.com or call +91 9072606500 with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
b. Exchange Authorization: Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and detailed exchange instructions.
c. Shipping: Pack your item securely and include the exchange authorization slip inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the exchange instructions. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
d. Processing the Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If there is a price difference, you will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@alkameez.com or call +91 9072606500. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
